Warming up... to

SMILE!

Kiddos and Guitar

Sydney and Soren were complaining that I never take videos of them, so I gave in.  They are showing you how much they enjoy coco krispy treats.  I post this though so you can hear Andrew's guitar skills at the end.  ;)  He just happened to be playing when they were begging to be video taped.  The first diddi he is playing is a little song they like to sing, then he starts into what he normally plays.  Watch Soren at the end start playing air guitar as Andrew busts into a lick.
More giggles for Grandmas.  Watch Isaac's eyes at the end.   Ha!

Giggles from baby Isaac.  Forgive the photography.  Soren is the man behind the camera.  :)

Isaac is two and a half weeks old already!  Time is flying by.  He already is just part of the family.  Sydney and Soren have been very good to him.  Isaac has been a good baby so far.  He definitely cries, but can be comforted.  That is very different from Sydney and Soren as newborns.

My friend, Denise, came to see us and took these pictures.  The froggy blanket she made is so cute!

Isaac David Jensen was born July 25th.  He was 7lbs 9 oz, 19 inches long.  We loved having Grandma Jensen here to help!

Our day trip to Ozark Caverns was fun.  It was beautiful place, but a hot and muggy day.  The cavern on the other hand was a nice 60 degrees.  Soren had me worried at first repeating, "I'm scared", but half way through decided it was ok.  Both kids said they liked it, but Sydney was expecting more.  On the way home she commented, "I can't believe that we only went on a tour through a cave when we have been driving for like 2 hours..."
We ate a quick picnic lunch and left.  It was hot!

 34 weeks.

Happy 6th birthday to Sydney!

Sydney and Bailey at Stephen's Lake at Sydney's party with friends.

We visited some friends in Fulton for Fulton Fun Days and had a great time.  The kids rode the dragon roller coaster and loved it.  Grins from ear to ear.

Sydney enjoyed Ellie's skating party.  I couldn't skate being 7 months pregnant.  I was proud Sydney went out there on her own.

Between sessions of conference we did a little trip to Jefferson City to the Runge Nature Center.  We hiked over 1.5 miles and the kids did really well.  As we were turning a corner we came upon 6-7 wild turkeys.  Soren asked why there were big chickens out here.  :)  I tried to get a picture of the turkeys, but they were too far into the trees.
